Extended Warranty

If you are looking for extra piece of mind and possible savings down the line, we do also offer an extension to this warranty for an additional 2 years. Therefore, covering your Portus branded product for 5 years in total from the date of purchase. You can increase your warranty to our 5-year option for just £129 – which is less than what other leading brands charge for their shorter 3-year warranty.

Compare the Portus Warranty with other companies

When looking at a company’s warranty options, we recommend that you read between the lines to see what you’re truly getting rather than what you might be led to assume you’re getting. Some companies advertise a ‘3 Year Warranty’ but when you read the fine print this merely translates to a one-year ‘RTB Warranty’ coupled with a 2 year labour warranty, where you are responsible for paying the shipping/return costs, making the package quite minimal and potentially costly when something goes wrong.

Warranty Exclusions

* UK hardware technical chat and email support is available for Portus branded products only, and excludes software not provided by us or other issues that are not specifically Portus hardware related.

* Comprehensive yearly health check does require us to remotely access your computer. You will need to contact us and book a health check in with one of our technicians and with your permission we will access your computer via remote sign in to run the health check.
